Still, despite the Miers near-disaster, the official scorecard will in all likelyhood read 2 conservative SCOTUS Justices and (assuming no other vacancies before January 2009, something I wouldn't bet on) 0 "moderate"-to-lieberal SCOTUS Justices from W.
