NEW YORK - A day after Hillary Clinton blasted the Bush administration and compared the Republican-controlled House of Representatives to a plantation, Republicans said Tuesday that the New York senator was out of line.
House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., said that Clinton “was probably a little over the top,” NBC News reported. He also said that having never run a plantation, he was unsure Clinton was implying, but “if she was trying to be racist, that is unfortunate.”
Clinton said on Monday had said Bush’s administration was “one of the worst” in U.S. history and said the House “has been run like a plantation, and you know what I’m talking about.”
She said the House “has been run in a way so that nobody with a contrary view has had a chance to present legislation, to make an argument, to be heard.”

You got that right rollo. I know people like Sean Hannity fawn over old Joe as being a great guy even if he is a democrat but his performance as Al Gore's running mate was despicable. He repudiated every principled stand he ever took. I can't stand seeing him on TV or listening to him. And I guess he is about the best the dem party has to offer!

Yes, we almost never hear from Nancy Pelosi or other liberal House members like Henry Waxman or John Murtha. It's like Murtha's dropped off the face of the Earth--there is no telling what he's doing or where he's been. Meanwhile, you simply can't avoid hearing all the conservative talking points repeated ad nauseum on the MSM. That MSM is like a parrot for Tom DeLay, I tell you!

Joe has his moments and the military is one thing he sometimes (Notice I said sometimes) gets right. Other than that it's pure 'stick it to the taxpayer' to fund pet pork projects and the parasites of our society.
I'd sure like to see the GOP come out swinging at Hillary for her latest attack. I think they will.
