Outside witnesses who did not testify at yes- terday's hearings are given an opportunity to offer their opinions on the nominee. 1. to ask questions on discrimination when they have a KKK member among them?

to suggest Alito is a "liar" when they had a "convicted" liar as their leader?

to ask about wire taps when they had 700 FBI files in their possession and a program called Able Danger.

As far as I can see, the Dems are just pointing out the "evidence" of their own political corruption and immorality".

I'm confused, too. He did say they don't endorse or oppose, and then followed that up with saying they are against the nomination. Did I miss something like he might have said they normally don't, but in this case are making an exception?
