Outside witnesses who did not testify at yes- terday's hearings are given an opportunity to offer their opinions on the nominee. The Cmte. meets again to vote, either to approve or reject, on Tues., Jan. 17

If I'm before a Judge for a speeding ticket, does the judge have to recuse himself if he drives a car. Certainly if a judge has ever driven over the speed limit that would disqualify the judge.
