I'd love to see Thomas Sowell debate Mr. Gray. It would be so embarrassing that I couldn't watch.

I think I won't listen to this one. If I hear the phrase "a woman's right to choose" or "reproductive rights" again, I'm going to throw up.

I can't believe what I just heard. Fred Gray a civil rights attorney from Alabama testifying before the committee just said, "We need a Supreme Court that will ENFORCE the laws".
I was dumbfounded..........but then again he is a Democrat and he is against Alito. Pathetic yet apt display of the Peter Principle.

He's talking about reapportionment. Is this anything like redistricting? The way I understand it, reapportionment is the redistribution of House seats due to population changes of states gathered from the census. It most likely would cause redistricting. Redistricting can happen without reapportionment.

"Sen. Charles Schumer (news, bio, voting record), a New York Democrat on the committee, told CBS' "As for a filibuster, it's something we'll have to discuss. So it's not on the table or off the table right now."
After that distinguished panel of elite judges from the entire range of the ideological specturm went effusive in their praise of Alito; any attempt at a fillibuster would crash and burn. Bring it on.

So is all the Dimlibs have to testify are radical leftwing nutjobs.
Why did they get rid of the guy who claims killing chickens is equivelant to the holacaust? He would be on par with the rest of these bozos.
