Feingold is "concerned" that Alito actually PREPARED for these meetings by lawyers? Give me a break.

He's concerned that Harriet Miers is on the list. She's the White House counsel! I would be concerned if she weren't there. What IS his point?

He too is fishing for impeachment fodder. He's acting like a prosecutor in a criminal case.

Look at Feinstein now....she's muttering while working on her notes....We have a crazy old lady like that at my office, too. Just mummbles to herself all day long. Laughs at her own jokes, too.

The Constitution trumps the Statute = Marbury v. Madison.
Alito just went to the basics....which is a bit of a rebuke for the Senator.

It's just been decided here that Feinstein's constant farding has caused an ozone hole the size of L.A. I'd never heard of "farding" before today, so I looked it up (v. To paint; - said esp. of one's face.)
Before I found "farding," I found "farding-bag," which is defined as The upper stomach of a cow, or other ruminant animal; the rumen.
I rather like that....

LOL! I totally understand.
He thinks he needs 25 minutes, more than anyone else asked for, by the way.

ROTFLOL -- that is too funny!

Notice how Feingold is trying to frame the question in a way that Alito reconstructs?

What the heck is Feingold talking about? Can the Constitutional powers of the President trump the Constitution?
