Does anyone have any idea what time Sen. Lindsey Graham's comments will be aired during the current rebroadcast? It would be nice to have a schedule of the high points from today's hearing It will probably be pretty late, maybe another 5 or 6 hours from now on C-Span.
I beleive it happened sometime between 3 and 4 this afternoon, appx. 6 hours into the hearings.

I'm up to 9 properties now, so I work with a management company to handle maintenance. Do I miss flying? Not as much as I miss all the chicks that love pilots!

Graham went on right after Schumer.
Schumer was beginning to ask another question when Spector yelled out, "Your time is up Senator Schumer."
Someone better check what was in Spectors coffee today and order another one tomorrow.

I think they always know they overstep, but they may be realizing by now that, once again, they aren't going to get away with it. Their tactics have been backfiring on them a lot lately, yet they can't seem to help repeating themselves, thank goodness.

I think Specter is hoping to base his entire legacy on his handling of these hearings. I have to give him props for how he is managing things. Now, if he repudiates Scottish Law, I may actually have an open mind about him. There was a time when I had to ask God's forgiveness, because I was rooting for the cancer.

Durban was the first to question Alito after the crying incident.
It was very obvious from his tone and line of questioning that he knew they had gone too far.

and I might add not afraid to tell it like it is....I wonder how Zell has refrained from punching out one of these rats all these years...he must have the patience of a saint....because I believe he is capable of doing it..

I switched over and watched E-Ring -- what did Zell have to say, I've missed seeing him on TV lately.
To: mware
I thought Schumer began his attack immediately after Graham finished speaking. I didn't get to see it, but did get to listen to most of it today. I noticed that Durbin's tone was extra polite.
I'll be interested to see what they try to do with the supposed "new info" tomorrow, and whether Leahy will decide that something has happened that warrants more time for questioning, since Specter gave him the option of making that decision.

He almost nailed fat Chris on hardboiled one night, the rats need to keep arms length or more when around
Zell. He knows his party was hijacked long ago but he is slow to forget, long to remember.

They'd both be a-ok in my book -- everyone knows I think Jon Kyle rocks -- I emailed his office last month about an issue that he had an aid call me personally to discuss and I told the aid the I thought he should run for POTUS... can you imagine, though... John McCain would probably cut him off at the knees.
