WHAT?!? WTF is wrong with Kennedy? And thank God for Specter arguing with him. What's wrong with Kennedy is that...he's Kennedy. And if I ever hear a Senator call that bloviating lard of excrement on his "morality duplicity" (especially during these hearings), I might cheer so hard as to give up the ghost.

Holy smokes; the Dems are posting that?
Kennedy is on a witch hunt; those "records" wont show anything. He is trying to tie Alito to those notes.
heck thats like saying Kennedy is in the KKK because he is a liberal Senator like Byrd.
To: Agrarian
Alito would in no way gain or lose money, regardless of how a case against Vanguard went. I think that Kennedy and the other trust-fund limosine liberals have no idea how many of us out in middle America who actually work for a living understand these concepts with a fairly high level of sophistication. They are so insulated.IMPORTANT:
This was explained in further detail yesterday and when you understand the specifics of the case it is a total non-sequiter. Besides the relevant points about mutual funds & the distinction between them and holding stocks in an individual company or Vanguard itself - The fact is that while Vanguard was listed as a defendant in the case they had no real standing in the outcome. The case involved two litigants disputing over whom and how funds that Vanguard held were to be dispursed. Vanguard didn't care whether they paid plaintiff or defendant or whomever / whatever else. They were simply going to be directed by the judgment to pay (a) or (b). The case in no way involved Vanguard proper!

Can we subpoena Byrd's Klan papers?

Did you notice how much Kennedy's left hand shakes when he holds it up?
Thar's the DTs if I ever saw it.

I cannot believe how inarticulate these Senators are.
Kennedy couldn't form a sentence.
Grassley is almost as bad.
Someone posted yesterday that they noticed that, when one becomes a Senator, he/she begins talking with multiple 'uhs' and 'ums'.

They will show replay tonight on Cspan! It'll be like the House session on the Iraq War Resolution whre the Congressman used a Marine's letter to call out Murtha as a coward - it'll be played all over the place just because it's exciting!
To: sageb1
Arlen looks like he wants to punch Kennedy! Because Kennedy called him a liar
