Graham is just doing what the Dems were doing...
Alito is in. We all know it.
Why not counter the left's attacks on Bush's wiretaps? I like it.

Senator Russell Feingold (D-WI) yawns during the confirmation hearing for U.S. Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito in Washington January 10, 2006. Alito told the Senate Judiciary Committee that no president was above the law when pressed on Bush administration policies on torturing prisoners and domestic spying. REUTERS/Jonathan Ernst

I like what he's saying but I don't think it's appropriate for Alito's hearing. He's going to get the Judge in trouble if he answers the way Lindsey wants him to.

I'm not digging Graham's line of questioning either, he is not helping the cause at all. Alito looks bewildered by his questions, and frankly, Graham appears a bit wild-eyed and tanked.

I can't see you...
Maybe that's how the Dems are going to fight Alito's confirmation...

I'm only on the 3rd chapter, but so far haven't found anything I can disagree with. The Nightmare Scenario could easily happen and quite probably will.

I'm going to loosen things up with Megyn before dinner with this gem:
Three old women are talking about their aches, pains and bodily dysfunctions.
One seventy-five year old woman says, "I have this problem. I wake up every morning at seven and it takes me twenty minutes to pee."
1. An eighty year old woman says, "My case is worse. I get up at eight and I sit there and grunt and groan for half an hour before I finally have a bowel movement."
The ninety year old woman says, "At seven I pee like a horse, at eight I crap like a cow."
"So what's your problem?" asked the others. "I don't wake up until nine."

LOL.

no president was above the law when pressed on Bush administration policies on torturing prisoners Dontcha love the way Reuters puts this. As if the 'torturing' was a US policy and a foregone conclusion.
