ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.

:-) There's a reason why I talk about credibility. I worked in one place and there was a reorg. A new guy comes in and has no prior experience in IT or in project management, but here he is heading it up. So in order to make it a workable environment, I had to get him up to speed enough that he could make his own decisions competently.
He had a huge credibility problem.
Geez, I should post those pictures on my refrigerator at home. I need to drop some weight, and pictures like that would DEFINITELY put me off food!

I worked on the 40th floor of BP America (the executive floor) as the receptionist.
Part of it was how I looked.
It isn't always disrespect but if you think looks have nothing to do with getting hired, talk to someone who is very skilled but obese. They truly do have a hard time.
Alito is not as polished as Roberts was, but his calm demeanor is similar. He is in command of the facts and is the intellectual superior of every Senator there.
Dems think the dem Senators aren't doing very well??

I think your crediblity...comes from within.
As long as you have integrity...and believe you are qualified for the job...but, it takes your good looks to get it over another applicant...then, I wouldn't worry about crediblity.
