:-) Okay I can understand that. Maybe I put too much emphasis on because. It's a joy to work with someone who is good at their job and loves what they do.

where's your credibility?I'm going on the assumption it's a job 1) I like, 2) want and 3) am qualified for. If it's my looks that put me over the top and give me the edge to get it I have no problem with that at all.

the reality of the case in question was whether or not U.S. Marshalls acted reasonably
The whole point was to go after a drug dealer. Alito specifically said that the affidavit presented by the Marshalls asked for the right to body search because they were searching a drug dealer who had a history of hiding drugs on others (to include children.)
Alito also said that the Marshalls thought the magistrate had made the affidavit part of the warrant at the request of the marshalls. Alito said that even if the magistrate had by oversight failed to do that, that it was not unreasonable for one of the Marshalls to believe it had been done.
The entire question had to do with whether the Marshall had acted reasonably.

I had posted earlier that I may have overemphasized "because".
I had the good fortune of feeling as though I was the best person for the job whereever I was. My bosses and coworkers agreed and that's what I was trying to say.

Rush calls her Ruth 'Buzzy' Ginsburg. She really does look like Buzzy's 'Gladys' character from 'Laugh-In'. All she's missing is the hairnet.

Kyl is doing a really good job now. I think he had a bit of time to compose a few things during the break.

Alito just hit it out the park with this answer. What was the answer.
To: saveliberty
My thoughts are that if I were to get hired based on my looks (which I doubt would happen anyway), then by my performance in the job I could prove that I actually deserved it anyway.
