You're joking, right? Biden, not an ass?
Alito is calm, reasoned, rational and brilliant. Doing extremely well.

Yep, but maybe not from Princeton, so maybe he "hates" Princeton, because he didn't have enough influence or leverage to get favoritism there.

At least of the Dems, I can somewhat stand Biden since he isn't an ass when he asks his questions.During the Roberts hearings I thought Biden was the biggest ass of them all. He seems much more subdued this time around.

I'll bet the old fart libs on the court like Ginsberg will hold on for all their worth after Alito is confirmed. Absolutely. They certainly understand the conservative threat to their ability to undermine the Constitution. Wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, even hospital beds will be wheeled into the court if necessary to ensure the surviving libs can hang in there another three years.
The only way we're getting another nominee is if one of the libs dies.

Biden was trying to play the class card and pretend he's a tough guy that grew up in philly from a blue collar family
Chrissy Matthews like to act like that also

He's unbelievable.
He actually blamed him without blaming him yesterday for not being a woman or a minority.

OMG, save, how they must hate the bloggers. I don't like Princeton, but I pushed all of my children to go there. He must have been puzzled. Just another thought about the lifetime scarring of the searched ten year old: how about her mom hanging around drug dealers? Any chance for lifetime scarring there?

So would Alito give us a conservative majority of 5-4 on the SCOTUS, or is it still 5-4 with a liberal majority? We'd have a 5-4 on cases were O'Connor went to the darkside and a 4-5 on cases where Anthony Kennedy is on the dark side.
Bottomline it would be a 4.5-4.5 Court. Maybe a 4.6-4.4 advantage us.

"These judicial appointments are important. All of those libs judges looking to foreign courts to make decisions that effect Americans need to be impeached. Impeachment will never happen because of lifetime employment. Still we need to remember this when a lib is in the WH making these appointments. We need to fight the good fight, not only now with Bush in office, but when a lib is in office."
Yes. I totally agree. I guess one has to see all the trash before realizing the importance of those people.
