Alito Hearings Set to Begin
Today the multi-day confirmation hearings for Samuel Alito begin. They are expected to last all week, possibly into Saturday. First up will be a series of opening statements by the eighteen members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. After that comes the introduction of Samuel Alito and his opening statement.

Heh, you know we can't pump our own gas in New Jersey! Not legal here.
However, since the Third Circuit Court meets in Philadelphia, I'm sure Judge Alito has pumped his own gas in Pennsylvania.
(OTOH, NJ still has better gas prices than PA, even without self-serve. So maybe he waits to get gas until he gets back into 'Jersey.)

Oh...and Biden's statement used the phrase "little guy"...
HMMMMMMM....technically, a "little guy" would be a baby boy...but, I think the dems are in favor of JUST THE OPPOSITE...
The more "little guys" that are able to "legally" be aborted, the better.
