Santa Claus: Republican Or Democrat?
pinochet

Democrats have historically seen themselves as the party of Santa, in giving free goodies to people who have not worked for them, just like Santa
But today, Democrats and their liberal ACLU/ADL/PFAW allies want to remove Christmas from our culture and replace it with "Happy Holidays". What would Santa think of that?

I found this picture of Santa looking for Sheehan in Texas. I think he's a Republican...

He's an independent Conservative, not fond of politics in general. A FReeper, too!

PROOF THAT SANTA IS A DEMOCRAT:
- He is a master of breaking and entering.
- He gives away the store -- free -- every year.
- He looks a little like Fidel Castro.
- Like China, he uses child slave-labor for his empire-building.
- He'd prefer you don't think about Jesus too much.
PROOF THAT SANTA IS A REPUBLICAN:
- He wants you to be nice, not naughty.
- He isn't married to a Mister Claus.
- He uses animals for his own personal gain.
- He believes in private property rights, and doesn't contribute toys to a vast toy-collective.
- His suit tells me he's from a red state.

Republican. Santa gives good kids toys. Bad kids get coal. Really bad kids get something shoveled from the reindeer stalls!

How does Santa know who is naughty and who is nice?
Can you say "CIA"?

Santa makes a distinction between naughty and nice kids so I'd say he was a Republican.

Santa Claus is clearly a Republican:
- Santa is Spanish for "Saint". Hear that title used much by liberals?
- He bestows gifts based on a person's behavior, rejecting the feel-good notions of the Left that everyone should be rewarded equally. (Naughty or nice? Presents or coal?)
- He continues to work diligently, year after year, for the same wages -- Cookies and milk -- without ever going on strike.
- He is by far the North Pole's biggest employer.
- He has managed to maintain a long-successful benevolent enterprise without the need for confiscatory taxation, cash injections from George Soros or outright fraud -- unlike certain, unnamed, left-wing broadcasters that rhyme with bAir tAmerica.
- The sleigh gets four miles per pound of reindeer feed, if he's lucky.
- His choice of transportation has not changed due to political pressure from environmental groups.
- His manufacturing facilities continue to use wood, despite protests from tree-huggers screeching about deforestation.
- The "naughty or nice" list is still printed on virgin parchment paper, much to the dismay of the same groups.
- He's planning on expanding his manufacturing facilities to the ANWR.

Domestic Spying brought to you by the Bush administration. Somebody call Kennedy to start a probe... Actually, this may be a good way to turn future generations of kids off of Dems. We can bring up the point that dems want to throw Santa in jail for spying on kids.

Santa is neither. He is too smart to confine himself to a party. He has all the power he needs, he doesn't need the strength in numbers power. Not to mention the fact that he is too busy to participate in all the petty bickering that comes with it. Santa is an anarchist.

This Saturday night while the Democratic Santa Clause, Rudolph and the other boys are out drinking,
Mrs. Claus and the girls will be in town blowing a few bucks . . .

Yes, Santa is a Republican. He runs his own small business as a philanthropic organization ("for the children").
It's based at North Pole to take advantage of offshore tax shelter. Employs hundreds maybe thousands of elves (*aka vertically challenged people) who are non-union (at least, there's never been an elf strike in recorded history. Happily married to Mrs Claus for hundreds of years.
Santa is a Republican because he operates by moral absolutes. You're either naughty or nice. If you're naughty, there's payback time.
Santa eats cookies and drinks milk...very non-PC. Santa is fat but doesn't mind his body image. He has not signed up for a lucrative contract to represent Jenny Craig. Santa doesn't appear to have an agent or even a spinmeister.
But the biggest tipoff? Santa is HAPPY! He's managed to stay happy for hundreds of years, even the past 4.5 years since GWB was elected. Every democrat in the world has been miserable since Al Gore waddled off the public stage, miserable except when engaging in SCHADENFREUDE. Santa doesn't do SCHADENFREUDE.
Merry Christmas to ALL.
