FRiends,
I just found out that a friend of mine from Switzerland is going to take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America next month.
To properly welcome him into our great Republic, I would like to send him a link to this thread with a bunch of Freepers welcoming him to America.
BTW, his name is Ralf (and I spelled that right,)
Big American welcome to Ralf.
Welcome to America, Ralf. Make yourself at home and G-d bless.
Welcome to the greatest nation on earth, enjoy, and vote Republican.
Regards
Welcome, Ralf! What part of Switzerland? My family came from Hinwil.
You can tell your friend, Ralf, that as I read your post, I started to smile, then I sat up a little straighter, and right now I just feel very, very good. Ralf, when you take that oath, we will all feel it in our hearts.
Welcome to the greatest nation on earth Ralf. May God bless you as he has us!
In exchange, can this cat become Swiss?
God bless you, Ralf!! Welcome to the family!!
Welcome, Ralf. The US is the only country in the world where you can go and become a part of that culture. I could never go to Japan and be considered Japanese, yet a Japanese could come to the US and become an American.
Welcome to America, Ralf. We're proud you chose our (now your) country.
P.S. Do you know how I can open up one of those secret Swiss bank accounts I've always heard about? ;^)
Big welcome to Ralf
The site was done as part of her masters project
Ralf
Welcome to this nation. You are a citizen in full same as myself born here.
E Pluribus Unum "Out of Many, One"
I was born an American. You chose to become one.
Congratulations!
Welcome Ralf! God bless you and yours!
Welcome Ralf, you'll soon in join among Americans helping to keep the USA a great nation.
Blessings!
Welcome Aboard our Ship of State, Mate!
It's a wonderful thing to travel to another
country, pursue your dream of a new beginning,
and realize that in your heart you can love
two nations much as a child can love two mothers.
Good Luck!
Welcome to America, Ralf!
Cheers.
