That's almost 1 arrest for every 2 tough neighborhoods. Almost.

I bet the Islamofacist punk gangsters are shaking in their boots now. Tomorrow night the arrest rate could easily climb to 2 arrests for every 3 tough neighborhoods. With a threat like that, I bet the violence will end soon.
