It means Clinton himself must have told Hillary at least that he attacked or got very rough with Juanita. Actually I rather doubt that. You may recall the Arkansas State Troopers telling about how paranoid Bill was that Hillary not find out about his sexual shenanigans.
It seems that Hillary has always had her own sources of information when it comes to Bill's risky behavior.

Hillary's greatest fear in the 1992 campaign was that Juanita might come forward.

How does a rape survivor side with a rapist against a fellow rape survivor and dare show herself on television ever again? It's simple. Estrich's rape was 100% clear, 100% believable. No one doubts that she was raped. She called the police right away.
Broaddrick's allegations, however, came more than 20 years after the alleged occurrence happened. They came only after Pres. Clinton was elected a second time. They came to light only during the Paula Jones lawsuit. The only corroboration is hearsay evidence also more than 20 years old - her friends were allegedly told that it happend within a few days of the event. Broaddrick came forward only after the statute of limitations would have lapsed.
Why would a rape victim like Estrich reject Broaddrick's story? Probably because she finds it incredible, and as a rape victim, she knows very well how much rape allegations depend on the credibility of the victim. She is well aware of how much false allegations of rape make it harder for real victims to press their charges.

I know it is really cold and insensitive, but if this skank was raped it had to be by a blind man that mistakenly took 2 viagras instead of his 2 blood pressure pills. You are a real jerk - making fun of a rape victim.
I can only assume that you are twisted by ideology. Otherwise, you are an evil person with a hatefully misogynistic viewpoint.

You seem to be the only person I have ever heard of who was familiar with Estrich's rape. Could you give details?

Despite the fact that she is a Dem and that she likes Willie, I have always liked and respected Susan. But here I must part with her. She is a rape victim and she should know better. She teaches law, and she should know better. People who have been raped all react differently, etc. Yes, there is a "general" pattern that most follow, but you cannot put anyone who has lived through that in a box. Sometimes I think it is worse to be raped by someone you know than by a stranger. At least you never see the stranger again (except in court), but if it is someone you know, you are often required to continue interacting with the rapist and members of his family. So many things go through a victim's mind. I have heard Susan say she doesn't believe Juanita; but I know in my heart that if she were to meet Juanita face-to-face, she would know Juanita is not lying. Perhaps that is what Susan is afraid of - she doesn't want to have to face the fact that Bill Clinton would do such a thing. Again, a very disappointing reaction from someone who is, in so many ways, so intelligent and reasonable.

In my Evidence textbook, there is a unit on the special rules of evidence for eexual assaults. One of the articles an essay by Susan Estrich's detailing her experience.
I do not have access to it right now; otherwise I'd be able to give you a citation. (I'm ahead on the reading for that class, so I left it in my locker at school for the weekend.) All I have is what I rememeber. She called the cops almost immediately, looked at photo arrays almost immediately. Because she was a "nice" girl who was attacked on the street and didn't "do anything wrong" to invite the attack, she was immediately believed. However, as I recall, the rapist was never found.

Great post Doug. It's never been about rape. These hypocrites care nothing about rape. It's always been about how to promote Socialism and anti Christianity.
BTW - you sounded great on Rush the other day.

Indeed. This must be used against Hillary. And it should be as Juanita recounts the story of hillary searching her out at a subsequent fund raiser that she attended and thanking her "for all she had done for her husband" - in other words, we appreciate you keeping your mouth shut, and don't think about ever saying anything, or else...

So basically, all you have is her statement, probably made years after the alleged event with no corroboration by anyone else.

No. She made a statement immediately.
Broaddrick made one 20 years later - and after repeatedly claiming nothing happend. Only during the impeachment mess did she come to the public fore.
