That is why she naively signed an affidavit in order to stay out of court and not be put through the pain again in public. She told people contemporaneously about what happened to her. Her roommate came back to the room after the rape. There was only one man who had been in that room -- the attorney general of Arkansas.
"Impeachment mess" -- that is what you think it was? The man who was the chief law enforcement officer tried to deny a woman her day in court. He committed perjury and suborned perjury in an effort to fix a federal sexual harassment trial. Evidence was destroyed and witnesses were intimidated. I find it hard to believe you are someone who has been here since 2000.
