The explosion happened at the courtyard near the George Lynn Cross Hall, Botany-Microbiology Building on OU's campus, which is west of the stadium, according to Sgt. Gary Robinson of the University police department. The explosion happened during the second quarter of Oklahoma's game against Kansas State. After the explosion, police set up a perimeter of several blocks and made fans exit the stadium to the east.
NORMAN -- An explosion near the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Family-Memorial Stadium killed one person Saturday, OU officials said.

Why would the FBI have his mugshot is a question I would like to know the answer to as well? No wonder the FBI is the lead investigative office instead of ATF.

I went to the link the earlier poster provided--it is for a TV station (IIRC), and the caption below the picture says it is a "mug shot provided by the FBI".
The "mugshot" looks like the one from the www.oudaily.com article. It's probably student ID or a DL picture.
I'm assuming you're talking about the photo of Hinrichs that keeps popping up.
BTW, at 9:30 local, the bomb squad did a controlled explosion. I got that from oudaily.
Where did you hear an interview with the president of the Triangle Fraternity? I haven't seen that. Please tell!

Boren came on and said the kid had a history of depression and he was a lone person. Director of OK Homeland Security came on after and said terrorism has NOT been ruled out. Boren has kept pushing the depression angle but when the President of the fraternity was interviewed, he wasn't buying. They were asking the head of OK Homeland Security some tough questions and he said the FBI was doing a large investigation to fit the puzzle pieces together and they do NOT (emphasizing not) have the answers. At 10:00, they still had NOT ruled out terrorism but Boren is going around saying this kid was depressed but seems to be the only one that says that. Calling that area serene on game day defies my BS meter as well.
The reporter on the scene for Channel 9 was not buying into there is nothing there at the Parkview Apartments either. She said they were just recently moved back farther from the scene. They wouldn't tell her why either.
All the above comes from local TV reports.
