Already posted by moi. I heard the guy several times on Rush before I saw a message here. He said "YOU are stuck on stupid".

Actually, it turns out, that is the SECOND phrase, after "Don't get....". I apologize, but at least I was right that Honore did later say "you are....". Which I think is the better quote!
