they just dredge up something like Dred Scott I missed it (Court TV is more commercials and commentary than coverage today). Does this mean they're abandoning their slavish obeisance to stare decisis?

whywhywhy, do we keep hearing about voting rights? Everyone has a right to vote. EVERYONE. No one has been disenfranchised. It's fiction to think any one has not been able to vote. Whether someone CHOOSES to vote is one thing, but NO ONE is not allowed to vote. I'm sick to death of hearing that crap. Sorry for ranting.

No one has been disenfranchised. It's fiction to think any one has not been able to vote. Dems judge by results: the wrong people win too many elections, so there must be a problem with disenfranchisement. (Everyone knows there can be no problem with the Dems' agenda.)

IMO Voter rights is a hidden message for voter fraud for some.

Well I do find it interesting that Democrats complain about blacks being disenfranchised, but it always seems to happen within counties that they are in control of, so if someone is not being allowed to vote then would it not be the Democrats fault that blacks, can not vote?

Totally agree! They are grandstanding --- they have made this hearing a sham and their rude, obnoxious behavior is equaled only by this fancination with racism.
Do they not realize how that backfires? It makes me so damn mad, I have to remind myself that these a-holes are really not speaking for the whole of the black community,
only the democrat base who hate everything and everyone GOP out of IGNORANCE.
