Well, Feinstein struck out, also.

Next batter.

Looks like Roberts will be throwing another no-hitter today.

Feingold now indirectly attacking Judge Thomas and his conference trips to talk to different law groups, calling them 'judical junkets.'

Oh, man... this morning is like a parade of sewer RATS...
Why aren't any of our guys speaking, if only to get in a nice word about Roberts in every now and then, instead of an endless parade of RAT insinuations that he's sexist, racist, evasive, lying, fillibustering... etc., etc.

Roberts just told Find-Gold it is important for judges to "get out" of the beltway. :)

Now Feingold is talking about "judicial junkets". Will Roberts put in new codes of conduct to prevent these?

Roberts says he doesn't hink special interests should lobby federal judges. He has never been on one of these junkets.

What about Congressional junkets paid for by lobbyists, Russ?

Other than the unspoken grounds that special interest groups will cut off their contributions

But there has to be grounds to satisfy their constituents and I simply don't see any. I heard several dem callers on c-span say they like this man and votes count more than $$.

I understand they will meet with Reid later today to plan a strategy. Wish I were a fly on the wall.

Hatch and some Republicans have given back some of their questioning time back to the chair this morning to speed the hearing along.

As a labor layer, I can tell you that the EEOC is a waste of time. They just rubber stamp complaints (right to sue letters). They are just a middle man.

That's absolutely true. I might add that they don't care whether complainants are truthful or not.
