Now, how can Roberts REMEMBER all this stuff???? Man, a memo from 20+ years ago??? He is awesome. He has an incredible intellect, hopefully he will display it as impressively as scalia does.

Dam. If you read the entire memo... He even told him it was in that same paragraph. Ted has to have his aides explain this to him.

Hey Ted -- Where was your heart when you killed that woman? Did you think about the effect of your actions on her family?

i hope you're right. Sounds plausible to me. I think the end of the day will give a good indication of when this will end.
I am waiting on the "deeply troubled" and "we need more time" crowd to show up.

Kennedy waxing on the words of Justice Earl Warren (*barf*). Wants assurance Roberts will be like Warren.
Roberts says like Warren he wants to take the time to convince other Justices of what impact of Court is and he recognizes these cases have consequences on real people. Judges have to appreciate they are dealing not only with the law but should never lose sight of the fact cases affect real people.

Teddy hands Judge Roberts a heavily redacted memo.
To: CWW

To: Gritty
Here we go. Go ahead John. Know you know Ted didn't want to give that memo up. Did anyone capture that.

Specter says Tedward should make memo available to Roberts. Tedward looks sick, makes up a story about redactions, which are only of the names of people involved.

As a labor layer, I can tell you that the EEOC is a waste of time. They just rubber stamp complaints (right to sue letters). They are just a middle man.
