Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Yes, I did that. But it's back on tv now and I'm happy.

I actually prefered Graham over Roberts in their exchange.
Chris Matthews show is going off the air?! Yippee.
Short break in the process...
Okay....here is what it all boiled down to with Schumer:
He basically is scared as hell that the USSC is going to stop siding with the liberals, which is the way THEY like to legislate.
Schumer is SCARED........and I am HAPPY.
He had a chance last week to present things with an even hand and he chose to sound like a DU newbie all week.
It's not like MSNBC has a clue about presenting programming that would interest conservatives, Olberman? TUCKER? LOL!
Roberts just pitched the 9th inning. Game over.
Scmuckie ran out of gas.

OH GOOD! Texas senator gets to be clean-up batter.
Hopless.
Chuckie's one of those guys that talks big and hopes his reputation (based on talk) will intimidate anyone he questions. In truth, he isn't all that bright, and a guy like Roberts, whose IQ is easily in Mensa territory, can handle him easily.
Yeah, but I live in California with Feinstein and Boxer!!!!

Are these windbags there to learn about this nominee or listen to themselves??
They ought to go home and watch their recordings of themselves and look at how STUPID they look!!
Pathetic!!!
Who's up now. I can't see, just listening. Going on a break....
Yes, and Schumer looked WEAK! He even stuttered.
Sheesh rushed from video stream to TV and now he's gone? 30 minutes flew by rather quickly and I imagine their top dog went away yelping.
