Will Michael Moore turn his cameras on Katrina? The controversial filmmaker is seriously considering turning the devastating storm and its aftermath into a documentary, says a source. It has all the elements that made Fahrenheit 911 such a powerful film, says a source. The political outrage, the human suffering, and the incredible footage. Moores rep didnt have a comment by press time, but Moore certainly isnt being silent about Katrina on his Web site. There is much to be said and done about the manmade annihilation of New Orleans, caused NOT by a hurricane but by the very specific decisions made by the Bush administration in the past four and a half years, he wrote.

He doesn't really care about half the crap he spews, he just knows how easily he can bring his loony fanbase into a ticket-buying frenzy, and all he has to do is feed them inane rantings! He's a prick, but he's smart!

He's too busy stuffing chow down his gullet.

Moore said something about President Bush not sticking his finger in the dike? I'm sure Moore could've plugged it up quite soundly.

I'm having this horrendous image of Moore dropping trou and planting one of his butt lobes right where the break occurred. That would saved the Army Corps of Engineers a lot of time and effort.

Why do we need a movie on the subject when it is all over the 24/7 news channels and print news. Some people, are quite literally, "living" it. And the rest of us are watching it happen. We're getting more than a movie version of it.

I agree. Moore should spend his money, or get others to spend theirs, to do this movie. It will be fun since the majority of America knows the truth and it will further expose the left for who and what they are.

he's such a smarm, yet the Libs act like he's the second coming of Ghandi.

And Moore should make himself the hero in the end. The scene can start out with a aerial shot of New Orleans...then you hear chopper blades...and oloudspeakers playing Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries"...then the Chopper comes into the picture...it is a Chinook...carrying a giant object that is dropped and plugs the levee breech stopping the flow. That object? None other than Fat Mike himself.
