In light of the recent events in New Orleans etc. It is interesting to note that over a hundred fifty years ago the American prophet Joseph Smith prophesied that the day would come when the US government would waste itself waging war in foreign lands while at home the nation would collapse with natural disasters and internal amarchy and chaos as a direct result of the wickedness of the US people and the nations rejection of the God of this land, Jesus Christ. Coincedence? A lucky guess?
