Where is Shelia Jackson Lee as people pour into Houston?

I've searched but can not find news of Rep Shelia Jackson Lee.

She represents the 18th Congressional District in the city of Houston, TX.

Why isn't Shelia in the Astrodome meeting, greeting and helping the victims from New Orleans, alongside the rest of the Houston volunteers?

This is odd, usually if the cameras are rolling she is right there. She is a publicity hound.
