THERE IS NO FOOD AT THE SUPERDOME, THE MSM TELLS ME SO IT MUST BE TRUE![](http://www.latimes.com/media/photo/2005-09/19260304.jpg)
At the Superdome, the Haynes family eats military rations and even uses the box as a bed for four-month-old Alison. Lexus, age 4, left, and Ariel, 5, right, have been staying at the Superdome and will probably be there a few more days.

Fingers bleed like scalp wounds.
If you squeeze at the base of the finger, top and bottom, you can stop them cold.

I saw the pictures too...it was hard for me to understand why that council man said that...he'd flown over it and came back and reported this.
Now that's amazing 5 which stayed there...were found alive. Does that mean Katrina came in as a 3 instead of 4...actually it's the STORM SURGE [tsunami strenght & height] that did the damage including the levees. People just don't release how destructive a storm surge actually is!

Chris Matthews doing a good job at the MSNBC anchor desk. (Did I say that?)
He had David Shuster do a good live spot from Biloxi. Then and interview with Andrea Mitchell followed by Nora O'Donnel. Of course, his buddy Howard Fineman is in the Studio with him now.

I thought that was Michael Rivero's site.

David Shuster on MSNBC was pointing out that folks in a Biloxi shelter had not seen a government official until today....and then quickly added that local church, Red Cross, etc, had been taking care of their needs. Why do these guys act like Government is God; as though private assistance is somehow inferior? Why can't they give some praise to the local folks who saw a need and helped out instead of twiddling their thumbs waiting for Uncle Sam.

"(Re: Superdome)...Bathrooms had no lights, making people afraid to enter, and the stench from backed-up toilets inside killed any inclination toward bravery. "When we have to go to the bathroom we just get a box. That's all you can do now," said Sandra Jones of eastern New Orleans. Her newborn baby was running a fever, and all the small children in her area had rashes, she said. "This was the worst night of my life. We were really scared. We're getting no help. I know the military police are trying. But they're outnumbered,"... Jones said. This is reprehensible. And the WORLD can now this this stinky, smelly, unacceptable laundry of America. How humiliating.
