Supporters of U.S. Involvement in Iraq Plan Caravans to Texas

Move America Forward will be conducting the “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” caravan beginning next week. It will feature military family members who have loved ones serving in the war against terrorism in Iraq or Afghanistan. The delegation will be led by Deborah Johns of Marine Moms. (Her son has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom).

Main caravan leaves from San Francisco, California on Monday, August 22nd. Other caravans will depart from around the country. If you want to be part of a caravan, email us with your name and location you will depart from and we will include in our caravan coverage so people in your area can depart with you.

Everyone arrives in Crawford, Texas for a giant “We Support Our Troops AND Their Mission” Rally on Saturday, August 27, 2005.

If you have a loved one serving in Iraq or Afghanistan and would like to join the caravan please contact Move America Forward’s Robert Dixon: Robert@MoveAmericaForward.org

Actually I was surprised to see a reporter I didn't know (probably a Texan) from CNN do a pretty fair and balance report of the Caravan vs Sheehan info this morning.

CNN, can you imagine? They showed crowds of Bush supporters along the road near Crawford with support Bush and the troops signs, and even mentioned that SIN-dy arrived to cheers and BOOS at the airport. Good for America - we're standing up to the anti-war crowd this time. No more Vietnam silent majorities! I swore that after the Vietnam War -- never again to let our soldiers be spit upon by the unwashed anti-war nutcases.

GRREAT report! So glad you joined Free Republic, too! Woo-hoo, the patriotic momentum is building!!

Well, now you know from an actual fact how much the media spins the story their way...

Cindy Sheehan may have the right to speak HER mind but she DOES NOT SPEAK for all military families, not by a long shot. I'm sure she'll be ABC News "Person of the Week" if she hasn't been already...

We've got to pull out our country out of this liberal-leftist quaqmire.

So you are saying she was bought off then? Makes her even more despicable in my eyes.

I appreciate your kindness towards her though.

Cindy and her daughter traveled with Kerry during his campaign?

I would like some photos of that. I never remember hearing about her until a couple of weeks ago.

Someone should be able to find the feed to see the actual photos. Her daughter stated they were traveling with the Kerry campaign and the P.R. firm was paying the expenses.

Here is an article about John Kerry and his "traveling moms."

Note that while the Liberal Politicos won't touch Cindy with a barge pole, The "You don't speak for me, Cindy" tour was met by Congressman Trent Franks at The Arriba Grill last night. Don't know if there were other politicians there but it's clear that the Republicans have no problem as the Libs do with Nutball Cindy..

Anyone catch the 30 second spot on Fox News Channel with Cindy pleading into the camera....What a puppet! Anyone with half a brain can see that the words she spoke were writtin by a political advisor to the maniacal left.....

Gotta giver her backers credit..wonder what a 30 second spot goes for on Fox? If it airs tonight in prime time I'll be impressed. Surprised Fox took the money.....

Hey Cindy:

Casey joined the military to get away from you and your moonbat left wing friends.

Casey was a hero. God bless him.

And you Cindy, can go to hell!!

That article in The Boston Globe is dated September 30th, 2004, but Cindy has had a far left wing agenda LONG before that.

Her left wing resume is very impressive and quite frightening.
