LOL! I just want to spit when I hear some of their answers that we are 'suppose' to accept because 'they' said it! They must believe we are 'stupid Americans'.

I have no idea how the Twitty's/Hollway's can tolerate what they have been going through for months now. And we really know so very little of what they have encountered. They are truly super special people that can bite their tongue and continue on their mission. Then we have those that condemn Beth from visiting Deepak - saying she should stay out of it she will hurt the investigation. She/they should not have gone to Joran's house that night. A 'do nothing' mindset. Those are the weak. As for me, I would have been screaming from the rooftops or worse. But in the middle are the Twitty's/Holloways - ever so gracious in the midst of their tragedy. Their composure is for a better good. It's not about them and their feelings, it's all about Natalee. Greater love from parents for their daughter you will never find!

This post started regarding comments on the 'necktie' massacre and I will end it with that. Aruba has the Twitty's/Holloway's by the throat, IMO.

What you're talking about are called corticosteroids. Hydrocortisone, Decadron, prednisone etc. What's fun is trying to explain the difference to an 80 year old woman after she receives her prescription for a Medrol Dosepak.

well, speaking for the usual and not individual reasons, should a correlation between a medical prescription mixed with other conditions (like drinking) prove a catalyst in this case, there is the chance someone down the road could be spared the experience, sparing the families, also...it never hurts to play these thoughts out

Nor do my sympathies lie with Melody. She is commenting on the Internet as are we all.

When the evidence is presented ... then is the time to make a decision ... not based on the 1000 speculations we have thought of during the last 21/2 months of creating fourteen threads.

It looks bad for Joran and probably the brothers: I have questions as to the father's real participation in this crime. Questions that should be pursued ... will that happen ... who knows?

We may never know or it could be solved 10 years from now ... like many of the cold case files.

Our passion alone is unable to answer the question ...

I have no problem using our only tactic - boycott Aruba. I visited Aruba many years ago and have no intention of returning. If I was a visitor there and needed their help for anything, I see where their allegiance lies. Natives telling Beth to "go home, this isn't America". Her daughter is missing, and they interpret it as if she is the problem. Great mindset! Of course, those demonstrators could have been bought off - doesn't matter all the in's and out's - I choose no association.

Who would want to be on an island where a government spokesman says he has no knowledge of a 'beheading' of a citizen in his country a few months earlier. Am I to believe he walks around with his head in the sand or believe that he doesn't want the evilness that is rampant in Aruba exposed. All the fun/sun/sand in Aruba could never cover it up for me. But they try, unfortunately, at Natalee's/the Holloway's/Twitty's expense.

Others have different opinions. Boycott or not - it doesn't matter to me, I choose to make wise decisions for myself.

It's possible, I guess. Anything is possible without a body. Even after all this time, not a one of us has the slightest inkling where Natalee is. This to me is as feasible as anything else that's been mulled over (and over and over and over....)

I hope we find out shortly. I was wondering if the call Beth received from Natalee, where she stated "I don't know these people." If that was not Natalee's cell # then it can be traced to determine the account(Owner's Name) for the Cell # which the call was made from.

Illness does affect behavior but it isn't the only thing that affects behavior and it does so to varying degrees.

I don't think it is an either or proposition usually.

Also, what makes a 'cold case' is lack of evidence and no further leads. The investigators have run the leads into dead ends.

When DNA became available many 'old cases' were resolved. There is a bank of unsolved cases that has some DNA evidence, only the authorities do not have persons of interest to match it to them. Waiting until a suspect in another case shows up and they can prove involvement in a previous case.

Oh, if passion could solve criminal case. It helps exceedingly. Only there has to be evidence. Or witness or confession, etc.

I pray Natalie's case is solved soon.
