Now that's not a dumb question at all! In fact, it is an interesting thought/angle . . . Hmmm . . .

Of course, he was instrumental in tracking down the three suspects and was very helpful to the family from the beginning. And there was some (unsubstantiated) talk that he was some kind of American asset because his very good friend was the DEA agent (some even thought that he was the DEA agent, but I think that was proven false).

He may have shown by his assistance that his loyalty and obligations are with the family.

However, it would be pretty interesting to see those contracts and whatever cellphone records he has. That is for sure. Good thinkin'!

I believe AVDS was not home the weekend Nat went missing, she was in the Netherlands, visiting.

The belt was found at the lighthouse, which is where they have received numerous tips that she was buried. I think they went back to search last night.

T'would be interesting indeed if PVDS was checking up on their progress there . . . .

AVDS returned from Holland on wednesday, the 3rd day after Natalees disappearance. Plenty of time to share father/son/godfather activities unobserved by her.....

The girl rebuffed Joran's advances. Later on as the girl was heading to the ladies room she was threatened by Joran holding a knife. I think Nat's Aunt Linda told the story and is going to speak to girl to get more info.

... funny how we can read the same words/posts and have different perspective of her opinion. It seemed to me she was being straightforward.

We want to see Natalie, Beth and family in the best possible light. The girl is there and sees through a different set of eyes. It is simply another opinion. Perhaps she is not seeing true and it may be we do not see true either.
