"Did he or did he not kill a woman at Chappaquiddic" Ann Coulter

On Hannity and Colmes, While discussing the requirements of a Supreme Court nominee, Ann just sarcastically noted that it was ok to kill a girl at Chappiquiddic. Colmes said that was a low blow and that comment was below her.

WHY??? WHAT is so darned SACRED about mentioning the truth???

Ann said, "Why..."

Colmes didn't answer, and the set was quiet.

Hannity and Reagan (another guest) should have spoken up.

This is another example of "The Emperor is NAKED!"

To repeatedly attack and accuse him years on end over a tragic accident is cheap and low IMHO.

Generally, I might agre with you except for the fact that Ted is the master of cheap polital tricks.

I'm sick to death of hearing about Chappaquiddick. I think Kennedy is a despicable person simply because of his politics. That is more than enough. To repeatedly attack and accuse him years on end over a tragic accident is cheap and low IMHO.

It is also cheap and low when he tried to get someone else to take the fall. It was also cheap and low when he appeared in a neck brace in court that was never seem prior to or after his court appearance. It was also cheap and low that he swam across back to his hotel and never contacted the police pretending that nothing happened to everyone that saw him. It is also cheap and low that he never showed any remorse or guilt? Should I continue? It may have been an accident but his actions after was the tragedy. In this, he can not be forgiven nor should be.

I like Ann but sometimes she sounds like a nothing more than a conservative version of Bill Maher.

Thanks. Pretty funny. She didn't exactly get an answer, did she?

"I suspect Ann came up with this statement by reading the comments on FR..."

Ann researches Lexis-Nexis, about as well as anybody and I'm sure she was fully aware of this crime from news after the fact. She didn't get it from or need FR to be aware of Kennedy's crime. You might want to read one of her books. I just finished 'Slander'. Great exposé of the left's tactics to attack the right. She researches her arse off.

You're welcome.

No, Alan didn't have anything to say, it was awesome. The fact that Fat Teddy keeps getting elected says alot about the Dems in Mass.

"... He certainly cared about this person far more than those attempting to torment him with the memory of it."
HUH????!?!???? No... you are WRONG!

If he had a caring bone in his body, he would've gone to the authorities immediately and Mary Jo most likely would've lived. Your saying he cared for her is beyond laughable and blatantly absurd. I'm sick of your defending a unpunished woman slaughtering criminal! Those 'tormenting' poor Teddy aren't contributing to his immediate death (unfortunately!) as he's been in the Senate since the stone age or so it seems. He has gotten off scot-free for a crime AFTER the accident! Why can't you get it! He should be tormented forever!!!!! And every idiot who votes for this despicable slob needs to know the truth of what happened AFTER the accident! How blind can you be!

Are you a troll, out of your mind or just an uninformed ignoramus on politics and news.

I'm going out of my way to be nice to you here, but it's VERY difficult!

I STRONGLY AGREE ABOUT SCUBA TEDDY.

And about the wimpy response. I saw it live and loved Ann's comment.

i think it should have been pressed a lot--that if all the hogwash ScubaTeddy claims is relevant about Supreme Court nominees--then all kinds of serious questions are even MORE relevant about his murderous irresponsibility and corrupt skating free at vis a vis the bridge incident.

SHEESH.

the MSM is giving SCUBA TEDDY YET ANOTHER GET OUT OF JAIL AND GET OUT OF ANY SCRUTINY FREE CARD.

Crazy globalist puppet masters don't care a flip about the truth or our country.

They only care about their greed and power.

"I saw this exchange. I would not be surprised if this was Ann's last appearance on FNC."

You think?

According to the overnight ratings, with Ann Coulter Hannity beat Greta in ratings:

HANNITY: 2539000
GRETA: 2520000

My point about Laura Bush is, she killed this guy.
Laura went through a stop sign with her car and hit his car.
But it was an accident.
The same with Kennedy.
He didn't mean to kill this girl.
It was an accident.

WHY is this an agreed-upon sacred untouchable subject????

That's nothing. I'm amazed that Colmes thought that it was possible for any comment to be beneath Ann Coulter.

Lori, are you hearing that we are criticizing kennedy's actions AFTER the accident?

Have you read any of the previous posts on this thread?
If not, try post # 151 or any of a few hundred others on the "it-was-an-accident" defense.
