Could all be part of the plan. Who is going to attack a beautiful, smart woman from the South and get away with it?

I say name Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald to the Supreme Court.
That way it can be all Karl all the time.

ABC Radio news speculating now that an announcement is coming soon ... oh crap, Ann Compton speculates the announcement is being made in order to knock Rove off the front page. Barf.

We're watching. :-)
It was really funny on Jay Leno last night. He said, President Bush has figured out a way to chose the next SCOTUS. He did an audio of Bush saying something like; "I have thought long and hard on WHO and HOW to pick the next Justice of The SC, and have finally come to a conclusion." "PICK UP YOUR PHONES NOW AND THE 10TH CALLER TO CALL IN WILL BE THE NEXT SCOTUS JUSTICE."

Listening to Rush for 'the latest'.
Thanks for the thread, Howlin.
I 'm not feeling too great about this. Worrying that this may be a 'too cute by half' rush to name, to change the subject of the media.

I'd definitely get a howl over Ann becoming SC justice. Liven it up a bit.

Graham is solid on the issues. The gang of 12 thing was disappointing, but it may have just been gamesmanship. He has never wavered on the issues.

Yep, good hair there. Good eyes, good nose, may have had a face lift if you look at the neck. But she is pretty.

She has stated that the Supreme Court "has clearly held that the right to privacy guaranteed by the Constitution includes the right to have an abortion" and that "the law is settled in that regard." Which is the proper thing for an appellate court or circuit court judge to say.
