"Oh, its got to be a moderate, consensus pick" - NO!
"Oh, its got to be a minority" - NO!
"Oh, its got to be a woman" - NO!
In your face, liberals! You have no power or influence over THIS PRESIDENT.

FYI, I passed along some info via IM to him as a trial to see where his "sources" are.....and he posted it as if it was fact.
I question if he really has a source at the WH.

yes, even DUBS is happy : )A little more risky than Luttig IMHO when it comes to growing in office but Hugh Hewitt is happy and he has depth in this subject.

Hello,
That is what everyone is reporting (unless it has all changed yet again, as I had to feed two 7 yr old boys, and may have missed the latest! :)
Glad to be here, can't wait to catch up to see if what I think has happened, actually has, (the Internet is really something!) MOgirl

The are reporting that Judge Roberts was a key man helping behind the scenes during the Florida recount.OMG. The conspiracy theories from DU will be amazing if this is true and Roberts was involved with the FL recount, LOLOLOL!!!

I can pretty much guarantee Roberts will be filibustered.
He is WAY too controversial for it not to happen.
However, we can use the nuc option if necessary.

Amen.
Nearly anyone that sets off this much howling from the DUmmies is a good choice.
And I suggest a broad spectrum antibiotic regimen and continual observation for the next 7 days after your 'exposure'. You can't be too careful when dealing with raw sewage.

xshub sees no downside here. i love luttig, wish it had been him, but i am very happy with this pick.
To: PilloryHillary
That may be true, but he has a long history of court arguments, even arguing against Roe v. Wade. There is still enough that choosing him because of that won't prevent a filibusteror anything.
