Roberts is one of the top possible picks as good as or better than Luttig because Luttig ruled against Bush Admin on WOT before & I always knew it would be Roberts before Luttig.

On MSNBC, Brian Williams just broke in to the Abrams Show to let us know it's John Roberts, Jr. Talk about everyone pre-empting our President tonight for the sake of being first to break it!
Now we'll have to listen to 80 minutes of dems discussing why this is bad, so that when GWB tells us why he chose Roberts, some minds will have been made up to oppose his choice.
