I wonder if this is one of the Bush head fakes and incorrect information was put out to entrap pepople like Bill Kristol (who said he was absolutely positively certain that the Homeland Security head was going to be Rudy Guiliani). That would make me quite happy!
But the untold story of the 2004 election, according to national religious leaders and grass-roots activists, is that evangelical Christian groups were often more aggressive and sometimes better organized on the ground than the Bush campaign.
Of course, they're trying to take credit for it; but there aren't any UNBIASED statistcs to back it up. They are just like liberals, they'll say it as long as you keep sending them that money.

I called it for Luttig or Roberts this morning, with a female nominated for Chief Justice when Rehnquist resigns.

BTW, Luttig was my first choice, but since there's a stampede for a woman, I'll hope for Jones.
