Since the decision was justified for the good of the community, I presume we are now living in a socialist state. There was a time when, in the USA, the good of the community was embodied not in the fact that every member of that community worked together, under direction of the komissar, toward a common goal, but that they retained individual rights. Including and especially property rights.
I pray this is the alarm. even the Libs at DU are angry about this. They even suggested aligning with freepers on this one issue.
