I know what you mean. I go back and forth between "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??" to "OMG I would just die if that were my child/husband"
The whole thing is a tragedy no matter how you look at it.
The kid may not be technically living under the same roof of the parents, but you can bet the parents are paying all the bills of the kid.
Could just be for the cameras. Although Mama says he is very shy. I hope somebody writes a book about this.
I have no sympathy for these well-to-do schmucks who thought they could get away with murder because they're rich and famous people on the island of Aruba. My sympathy goes toward Natalee and her parents and friends.
I know a lady that lives in the Netherlands and her daughter is exactly the same way. She looks like a total freak (into the gothic thing) the kid runs her mother over and her mother lets her.
Right on Aruba the Dutch of assassination
ORANJESTAD judge who is stuck on Aruba because of the disappearance of American scholiere suspected, is now a verdachte in the matter. The 53 person whose birthday it is man is accused of the medeplegen of assassination, doodslag or removal with the death to consequence.
The judge was taken up yesterday. He is the father of the 17 person whose birthday it is boy who already concerning the vermissing of the 18 person whose birthday it is Natalee Holloway vastzat. Others also three become suspicious. Holloway disappeared three weeks suffered after schoolreisje. The police force thinks that she has been killed. So far no track of the scholiere has been found.

I've been gone a few days but I thought they were middle class?
Van Der Sloot's are affluent, hell the father is hoping to be a judge, and the other's (the Kalpoe's) are upper middle class.
I really do feel sorry for AvdS. Her world has been destroyed, there's no going back to the way it was. She may never understand how it all went wrong. But even so, she still knows where her child is.
The same can't be said for N's family. Not yet anyway. Maybe this will turn out well.
I'm really encouraged after reading about the ransom being paid.
No kiddin'.
I wondered a while back if the Arubans knew what a Steel Magnolia is. They're finding out. Beth will show 'em.
I believe it was reported by Revoldo when they where first collecting evidence from the beach
What's all the birthday talk in the post, about?? I hated to read the line about the police thinking Natalee is dead.
Did anyone else ever hear that the Queen of Holland was going to appoint the Dad to his Judgeship? I wondered if that was normal or if they are very, very, wealthy people in Holland and were getting special treatment. I doubt if we'll ever know all there is to this story.
I sure hope this isn't true about the police thinking Natalee is dead. Beth's hope had made me think Natalee was still alive.
Oh, definitely. Joran didn't lift a finger, I'd wager.
Too much time on his hands.
Howlin,I feel nothing for these people.Where is Natalee .She is the same age as my daughter and many of my daughter's friends have gone there.Where is Natalee .
I'd venture a guess Joran was too busy getting or staying drunk. Every photo of those 3 punks I've seen, they're holding some sort of mixed drink, or two.
Yes, always a drink in hand.
That's probably because Greta is Dutch.
