In the end, let's hope that the suspect with the least involvement realizes that they will get a lighter sentence because of their lighter involvement and they crack...that is why I think all of them are being held on very scary charges connected to murder and kidnapping. Disposing of the body is not the worst of the crimes. Providing alibis and false timelines isn't either...the one who DID the murder is the one who has the most to lose and is the most likely to remain silent

You'll get no argument from me, but I was very disappointed to hear that Aruba doesn't offer plea bargains. And like brigette, don't ask me to produce the source of that information! I'd be happy to be proved wrong, but I know I've heard that at least twice now....

Why would PVDS be calling Steve Croes for a job inquiry when Steve Croes is only a DJ on The Tatoo. That lie would not go over very well.

The Croes that was trying to find PVDS a job was/is the Justice Minister.

Fox News reported that PvdS had contacted Croes looking for a job. Remember he found out a week before Natalee's disappearance that he was denied a judgeship & needed work. I can certainly see Croes getting swept up and arrested with the others just because of phone records. Personally, I doubt it, but it's possible. We keep being told that all it takes is 'suspicion' to be arrested. OTOH, the guy could be guilty as hell. I'm just 'speculating' and thinking out loud like others on this thread.

I was referring to the VDS neighbor's starving monkey who was being fed fruit by Greta's staff (the owners were away and the poor thing was starving) and the other busybody neighbor called the cops on them for trespassing.

Well, blow me down! I could have sworn that I heard Fox News report Steve Croes was a suspect because PvdS had been calling him, but the reason was supposedly about some sort of a job. I'm probably mistaken and have gotten the Croes mixed up, unless the job was to get rid of Natalee!

You know...I have watched so much and read so much that the mind is blurred as to where I saw or read it, but I do remember them talking about a chat room that Joran always went to.

Then again, she was young, he was good looking, and one of the smooth talkers that was use to getting his way. He learned how to "sound" sincere. Girls fall for that one big time.

Poor little thing, she believed him. (and he was one of those that was good at it. Heck, he probably had a couple of them going at the same time. )

JM Croes said that the 3 guys were electronically surveiled. Croes states that any minute there should be a solution.
