Thanks, Kat!
When I really feel like a trip down my ancient C&W memories, I pull out my Bob Wills, Ernest Tubb and Roy Acuff music.

Last time I heard Tom T. Hall, Tanya Tucker was wishin' she was a teddy bear and sharing the C&W charts with C. W. McCall; something about "Wolf Creek Pass", I believe.
That's a passel o' dendrites that hain't been activated in quite some time.

A nap! Man that sounds wonderful! I only had to work till 3pm, but when I got home, my MIL had gotten here. I knew she was coming--I had just kinda forgotten about it. So, a nap was not to be today! *sigh*
But, I'm off tomorrow again and might just sneak back to the bedroom for at least a short one then.
And you had a day without rain--will wonders never cease!

I really had enough if the rain!

Well, if there was a way to export it to West Texas, we would take it! Our grass is looking just great and I would like for it to continue to--even though hubby HATES mowing! LOL!
Sunshine is a good thing!

Belton. EEK! was right! There were also scorpions everywhere.
We used to have horney toads here in the central valley of California. I miss those little buggers.

I think it was Chicago. Maybe it was tomkow! Years ago, a couple decades, they had a criminal they called The Enema Bandit. A young man was breaking into women's dorms and forcing them to have enemas. Nothing else. I don't know if they ever caught him.
