I know - what I'm mostly concerned about is that he'll be able to use all the publicity from this case to jump start the remains of his career. That's what we need to slap down.

..but I really did believe the boy and really do believe MJ loves young boys in an illegal and immoral way..

I still believe the boy. If nothing else the testimony of the youth minister should have convinced these jurors that he's a pedophile, no ifs ands or buts. So much for all the pundits giving us hope where there was none.

Thanks, but that poster is legendary for smarmy personal attacks. I'm not going to bother courtesy pinging 'it' either.

I believe you are correct, although I suspect most who do not take a stand, simply lack common intuition and make grievous mistakes rather than being out of line.

The real travesty is that in our society, there is a complete absence of a moral compass for any minor to clue in that it isn't appropriate for a 46 year old person to sleep with children after baiting them into his bedroom.

It's nuts.

I think the MSM knew all along that Jacko would walk, but they had to spice it up to make people think there was a chance of a guilty verdict, in order to get more people to watch.

The mother was not a likable character at all.

That's almost British understatement. She was hostile, jumpy, arrogant and deceitful.

From what I read, no one ever testified to actually seeing it, but, in fact, the boys ransacked the wine cellar on their own and poured themselves a few. Did anyone ever testify to actually seeing Jackson pour the Jesus Juice himself?

My first question to the jury is "which of you will be the first to let your small child or grandchild spend the night at Neverland Ranch?"

"That jury will have to live with this."

Just like that jury in Calif. who let that guy go who then later obducted that little girl and molested and killed her. (I can't think of his name right now.)

Yes. I'm just stunned in disgust. I don't think I can fix supper...I just feel like vomiting. I guess that the jury didn't even believe a THING about the "Jesus juice." Total nullification. There is NO other explanation for a *clean* (hideous) sweep.

It follows that if one part of the case was obliterated because of doubts about the accuser, all of it was obliterated.

It should be a warning to prosecutors. If one of your lead witness will take the 5th on the stand, your case is going to look week.

Good to see you, Amore. They say he bleaches his skin. But I don't know what he uses. I think some women buy a bleach skin cream at the drug store for liver spots...

BTW, does anyone know how he has achieved his whiteness? I really would like to know. I have a spot on my jaw that's darker than the rest of my skin. My Mom swears by repeated applications of aloe.

Benoquin cream?

Perhaps it is time we ban book deals and profiteering by jury members. Should be constitutional, since we already do so with criminals. It is a civic duty, not a lottery opportunity.

We also need to substantially restrict the ability for average people to get out of jury duty(which skewers the available pool towards more idiots, the gullible, and life's losers), and tighten the ability for the defense to strike potential jurors.

But hey, at least the Libertarians are happy, since it is nobody's business who they molest.
