"Fidel Castro is a genius!" gushed Jack Nicholson after a visit with the Cuban Fuhrer in 1998. "We spoke about everything," the actor rhapsodized. "Castro is a humanist like President Clinton. Cuba is simply a paradise!" .
Jack Nicholson has been saying such things for years now. Many of his Hollywood cohorts follow suit. Francis Ford Coppola, Kevin Costner, Steven Spielberg, Woody Harrelson, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Leo DiCaprio, Chevy Chase, Robert Redford among many others have all waxed euphoric on Castro and his island prison.
While discussing the book, Fidel: Hollywood's Favorite Tyrant on his show recently, Bill O'Reilly refered to these celebs as "Hollywood pinheads." But there might be more to these celebrity plugs for a tyrant who jailed more of his subjects than Hitler or Stalin than the usual celebrity vacuity upstairs.
"My job was to bug their rooms," revealed Cuban intelligence defector Delfin Fernandez while on a Madrid TV show recently, "with both cameras and listening devices. Most people have no idea they are being watched while they are in Cuba. But their personal activities are filmed under orders from Castro himself. Child sex, drug use, orgies, those are the sort of things they want to tape, anything--shall we sayethically incorrect. And Castro's undercover agents don't wait around hoping the famous visitors might randomly engage in these things. They tempt them, bait them with offers." According to some sources, Havana has recently topped Bangkok as the mecca for child sex.

Tyson leaves Cuba after dispute with reporters Reuters
HAVANA -- Mike Tyson checked out of a Havana hotel early Wednesday, a day after witnesses said he shouted at and tossed glass Christmas ornaments at journalists trying to interview him. T
here were no reports of injuries, arrests or serious damage following the Tuesday evening dispute. Witnesses say Mike Tyson threatened a group of journalists in a Havana hotel lobby.
Tyson, wearing jeans but no top, raised his fists in a threatening gesture and yelled insults, according to witnesses and Reuters journalists at the scene. Witnesses told Reuters that Tyson lightly hit a cameraman on the head.
"He just went crazy," said the cameraman, Felipe Borrego. "I was planning to ask him for an interview, but he never let me speak, he just turned on us."
The former heavyweight champion reportedly was headed to the airport for a flight on Air Jamaica after checking out at dawn, workers at the Hotel Melia Habana said.
Tyson arrived at the oceanfront hotel Monday evening with two bodyguards and stayed in a suite priced at around $500 a night, the hotel workers said.
Witnesses said that Tyson became angry when a small group of reporters approached him in the lobby.
They said Tyson grabbed a few large glass balls from the Christmas tree near the entrance and lobbed them at the reporters, who left shortly afterward...

They kissed his ass long before they were ever caught compromising themselves on film. They had to go to Cuba in the first place...
1859987 of the hits were related to the town in Maryland and 13 of where for a person variously described as an actor or comedian.
The links list his 'work'.
I've seen most of these TV shows and movies, but I just can't recall him.
When he left 'Saturday Night Live' it was thought he'd be a BIG star and now this?
Damn, that's gotta suck.
Redundant, but true. Danny Glover's asinine behavior is the worst I've seen to date.
OTOH, Morgan Freeman was asked about his stance on the war in Iraq, and he simply said, "I'm paid to act, not talk about politics." Bravo!
Saturday Night Live and the Vacation movies, Flech. He is, in my opinion, a minor actor, with minimum skills, mostly made his name on SNL being a fumbling, bumbling fool, trying to portray President Gerald Ford as such. I have seen several of his movies, but never thought he was very good in any of them. He is not FUNNY in my opinion, but rather, he is merely SILLY, as in stupid silly.
Glover is a has-been that never-was. He is a poor actor. Rather bumbling, mumbling his words, cannot speak clearly. He made fame backing up a real actor in movies.
WILL HAVANA BE THE HOME FOR THE NEXT NEVERLAND?
>>>Cuba would be a "paradise" to anyone with enough money to hire servants off the street. The population is as poor as church snakes: they don't have a pit to hiss in.>>>
That's because Hollywierd is all about narcissism. Who cares about the commoners, it was paradise to ME, therefore it is paradise!! Sad, sad that the masses give their money to such idiocy that is able to keep them in such a state of idiocy.
Stupidity of Biblical proportions. These dirt bags are idiots.
If Castro and his utopia are so wonderful, why don't the Hollyweird buggers move there permanently?
Cuba now runs the same "Potemkin Villages" and the West still sends the same "useful idiots".
