Depends on how many times you've gone fishing this year. If you've gone 188% more times than last year then there is a direct 100% correlation between the number of times you've gone fishing and the number of vehicle rammings.
For an example of an inverse correlation one could use the number of dates I've had this year.

And with all the Mosque's scattered around the United States, I believe these terrorists are heading to a Mosque to find shelter until they get "the call."

IIRC, there was an 8 Gauge shotgun called a "Roadblocker." Every BP agent should have one of those, loaded with slugs and 00 buckshot. If the scum try to run them over, let fly - empty the magazine. With a little luck, all they'll have to do is hose the remains out of the passenger compartment.
Might want a muzzle brake on the thing, though...
