Nice job, Newsweek. They got out their anti-US propaganda falsely claimed as 'news' and now try to look all apologetic. First Newsweek needs to apologize to the American people, for hurting the war on terror. Then, even more important, they need to apologize to the American Soldier who will have to bear the brunt of the fallout from this treasonous action by Newsweek.

The American people should demand the Newsweek make amends for this criminal activity.

I'm sorry if this has already been posted, but I came across a fresh release from usinfo.state.gov that suggests that the Aghanistan riots at least were likely unrelated to the "koran flushing" story. Implication is that the media fit the riot to the agenda at hand that day.
