I was listening to that comment also. The woman said there needs to be better coordination so that people know why they are being evacuated. Does that really matter? When the information is starting to come in, I would not care if they told me to get out before they had all the details to tell me. That could be too late. Immediate notification is better, IMHO. Who cares about waiting for them to have all the details. I would rather bolt out the door to safety and then find out why.
