The Vote is under way!
Just view this election as similiar to ours. A referendum on the face of the Party.
G.W. won the support of the Majority and picked up seats for the Republican Party. Blair was rejected by the majority and seats are being divided between LibDems and Tories.
LibDems picking up seats, imo, on the anti-war platform. Tories picking up others in default.
It's an anti-Blair backlash.
Interesting from what point of view
Great point.

20 seats left until a Labour majority. Kind of depressing to watch it inevitably tick forward.
Labour 304 (-29), Conservative 112 (+19), LibDems 39 (+8), Scottish National 6 (+2), Plaid Cymru 3 (-1), Independent 2 (+1)(466/646 reporting, Labour needs 20 more to win)
Kilroy Silk...is pissed off!
Not even elected! Hahahahahah! Veritas, me arse!
Which does not make sense because the Conservatives are pro Iraq war.
That's a sad statement. I'm glad I'm American then. I'm surrounded by a sea of Red states, just like me.
Scarborough & Whitby goes Conservative
Did I hear that correct, there were votes for R. U. Serious of the Official Stark Raving Looney Party?
Tories take Scarborough & Whitby.
I wonder if the Tories made the mistake of not following what Bush did and tried to mobilize the base...by placing social issues high on the agenda
No same as Blair with increase funding for the military in general
Normally not in till tomorrow
It's really not a strategy that works in Britain.
Another department store falls to the Tories.
'Nother one!
Didn't his party see this in advance? If so, why did Blair go for a third term? Time to get a new face in power. I mean, thinking from the perspective of his party.
"How's the voting in Wales? Just wondering how my ancestors that stayed behind in the old country are voting."
I'm sorry to say your ancestors are not voting in this election. Being ancestors, they are all deceased.
But they are registered to vote for the Democrats in Chicago... ;-)
