Moussaoui notifies government he intends to plead guilty to part in terror attacks, WASHINGTON POST planning to report in Tuesday Page Ones, newsroom sources tell DRUDGE...
That was likely the deal - plead and breathe.
Whoa. Now this is interesting.
"I don't know what Moussoui has confessed to...but, I sure want to find out."
The released KSM statements to the Senate Intel committee mentioned the second wave attacks, but left the impression they weren't too important because KSM was not "planning" them as he was too busy with 9/11. Yet the second wave was contemplated, so what was it? The interrogators had to have asked - but any answers were not released.
Moussaoui will plead to some general charge of cooperating with AQ, without specifying what he was going to do, my guess.
whatever happened to the story about other fake pilots flying in jumpseats aboard planes who simply walked off those flights after they landed as per the grounding of all flights that day. never heard anything about that story post 9-11.
This is great news. Now Punishment !!!
Nice work Bauer! Tonight's 24 musta scared him.
Interesting news ping.
I hope he gets Greer as a sentencing judge.
Actually he prob prefer Uptown...those lefties can coddle him there.
He gets Judge Brinkema, a woman who is a tough as a bar of iron.
I know where Uptown is.
It's a short drive.
Why not give him his wish? Put him in a junker plane, fly it over a remote area, have the crew bail out, and let the bugger crash dive into the earth.
Nope, sorry, Tom.
Minnesota gets first shot.
If you know what I mean.
Sure seems like everybody is pleading guilty all of a sudden. If this continues we will have criminal defense lawyers filing for unemployment.
We can only hope.
Zacarias Moussaoui should have been taken to lower Manhattan at dawn on 9/12/01, stood up against a wall on Rector Street, and shot.
He is an enemy soldier, out of uniform and behind our lines, and he requires NO trial or even any administrative proceeding.
That he is still alive in 2005 boggles the mind.
If there were 'others', I want to know that too.
It's what happens when Johnnie Cochran isn't around for defense...
Judge "Emma to the Brink"? I can live with that. LOL!
