Confirmed.
Speaking of "time and place", howabout the morbid spectacle of the media continuing with it's death-of-the-Pope routine in apparent indifference to the fact that he still lives?
You probably are right??? :)
Special masses were held across the United States for Pope John Paul II, seen here in 2003
I'm thinking the shutters will close after the rosary is ended. John Paul had a very deep and sincere devotion to the Blessed Mother. I can't think of a better way to honor both of them than to have a rosary said before making it official...
We know it's imminent. His last duty may be personally escorting Terri to the Golden Gates - bringing God's Little Lamb home - something so right about that
I agree, but shep was the one to bring it up- the obsession is his.
Well, then turn it off. MSNBC isn't even covering the Rosary.
Uptight!!! Sheesh!!!
Interesting...I missed that. I'll guess that's why the priest felt moved to explain the solemn and mystical basis for the Hail Mary.
So it one odd thing led to a very good thing.
Not any more; now it's about lousy reporting and lousy reporters.
There will be plenty of new threads when the time comes.
It's not really 'suspicious' since as far as I know he's not expected to recover.
To: bummerdude
"No chance for recovery." George Felos must be salivating!!

Time and place?
Why not go through them all instead of singling out one.
They were. But a couple of minutes ago they broke into their "Pope is dead" programming to announce that he's not.
EWTN News is not the Vatican. Their "World Over" news staff consists of Raymond Arroyo and a backdrop, God bless them. They do the best they can.
He always comes across as a very cocky and flippant 17-year-old with all his mama's and his sister's make-up caked on. To me, he's definitely clownish. They should send him into the field for some seasoning.
VATICAN CITY (AP) -- In an unusual spectacle at the Vatican, Pope John Paul II presided over a performance of break-dancers who leaped, flipped and spun their bodies to beats from a tinny boom box.
The 83-year-old pontiff seemed to approve, waving his hand after each dancer completed a move, then applauding for the entire group. He watched the performance from a raised throne.
"For this creative hard work I bless you from my heart," he said.
During Sunday's show, one dancer -- part of a Polish group that helps poor and marginalized youths -- planted his head on the inlaid marble floor of the Vatican hall and spun to loud applause from his group and from Vatican officials.
Another performer flung his body around in a series of spins and handstands.
"Artistic talent is a gift from God and whoever discovers it in himself has a certain obligation: to know that he cannot waste this talent, but must develop it," John Paul said.
Thanks for that link. :)
Careful. You might offend someone. Talk like that gets pulled around here...
Mathhew can you help Mom?
That photo was taken at the Pope's summer residence at Castel Gondolfo. Lovely little town.
They couldn't keep him from getting arrested lol.
