After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
What a comfort it would be to know Terri had accepted Christ in her young life...but we don't know.
God's plan of salvation is simple but many do not make that commitment. Could be Terri's story will cause many people to look to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus is coming soon. We need to be ready.
We do, indeed, need to be ready.

No, you don't need the sarcasm label here. As the Bible says, we must "pray for ourselves and for our children." There is no earthly power to protect us.

I too am sick by this whole ordeal. But the way we fight it is to re-elect prolife conservatives, but my understanding is most of the republican's who voted against saving Terri's life. I am sorry if I have offended any of you who are hurting. I just don't have the anger towards the Bush Brothers that you all do... call it Kool-Aide or whatever you want. But to me they did all the law would allow.
Sorry, you're right. He did not "praise" MRS: he expressed sympathy for him even as MRS carries out the "perfect murder."

I am blamming the Courts who allowed this to happen. However, it is my understanding that Jeb's hands were tied, short of being arrested.... that to me would have just opened a whole other can of worms.
Amen to your prayer, my friend. This is one of those times when we simply must trust and obey even though we do not understand. Perhaps one day we will. I pray that Terri knows that she is loved by so many and that she has changed the lives of all of us who have been spending time in prayer for her. When she reaches heaven, she will hear the real story of what took place in this nation and in the heavens on her behalf.

I'm with you, JFC. Honestly, I think that Satan's next battle is getting us to fight each other including blaming our leaders who are on the right side, so that we don't work to correct this horrible imbalance of powers in our government. It's time that something be done about these tyrannical judges. I hope and pray this will give everyone the motivation to work hard toward that end.
Jeb & W have worked to save Terri (esp Jeb, who worked hard), and I for one am going to write and thank him for all he did.
