Our nation started on that path back in 1907, and were heading full-tilt headlong towards it, until the 3rd Reich gained world attention and it kinda fizzled here for a bit, but they are still working towards that goal - they just aren't as vocal about it now...
I am feeling a growing sentiment of Anger. These Anti-Terri, are the same people killing babies every-year. Do Drastic times call for drastic measures? I've had enough
True, Gandhi wrote and said repeatedly that he was not a pacifist.
Since they have 24 hours in which to file the petition with the court, if they take Terri less than 24 hours after end of business tomorrow, will they have until the next business day to file?
"seem to think that if he did so, Terri would be fed perpetually, when I believe the whole case would have to be presented again."
This is my greatest fear, that the protective custody won't work and her tube will be ordered out a fourth time.
"They do for Christians"
That's fine. I don't know of any Christian principles that violate the laws in this country. Jesus taught some very good principles, among them that the peacemakers are blessed.
I believe he also taught that Christians are to follow the laws of their own nations. I wonder what he would have made of our system of government. Certainly nothing like it existed in his day.

Perhaps that's what he/she meant. I don't know, since I only have that poster's words to consider.
Would you have been a Tory?

I remember that one, but wasn't that a TV miniseries? I'm thinking of an older movie, from the early or mid-1960s. The zulus came in wave after wave--they were relentless. But so were the British. And in the end the British prevailed and were saluted from afar by the zulus.

The Dems will always win in court.
They see this as a political win.
Judges will be Dictators, run the country, and like we saved the Iraqis from Sadamm, we (Consevatives/Republicans) Will need someone to come in and save us, unless we step up to the plate.
People seem to forget that when Roe v. Wade was passed, the idea that there'd be what we now call partial birth abortions was "absurd."
